DC Douglas is one of my favorite voice actors. 

He did played well as Albert Wesker (other Resident Evil games), Azrael (Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma), Voyager the Black Testament / Erich Weber (Xenosaga 3), Jazz (Eternal Sonoata) and Taihaku, Gabi (.hack//GU games)
